The objective is to create a place where it feels good to be there.
Visually 'busy' with alot of interesting forms, colors, lights, and
functionalities. Like boarding a ship to the unknown without thinking about being somewhere else. That is the reaction I get from different people that
experienced my creations; they were happy to be there. Relaxing,
smiling, thinking, as if liberated from reality, immersed in a timeless
design. Also, I always exploit cubic feet and not just square feet in my designs. Interior space being limited, volume becomes an interesting option rather than using the floor only. So I go up instead of spreading over an horizontal surface, creating new surfaces, liberating free space in the process.
